According to the schedule of reception of citizens in cities and districts by the heads of central executive authorities and other body authorities for September 2022, the Chief of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, Colonel-General Arzu Rahimov, will receive citizens of Aghdam, Aghjabadi, Barda, Tartar districts in Tartar at 11:00 a.m. on September 22, 2022.
Citizens wishing to make an appointment on issues within the competence of the service must register before September 20, 2022 by contacting the noted regional departments of the SSMC, as well as to the official e-mail address (info@seferberlik.gov.az).
