On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of national leader of Azerbaijani people, the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, an outstanding political and statesman Heydar Aliyev, an online training was held at the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription on the topic of “Heydar Aliyev’s phenomenon in public administration and sustainable inclusive development of modern Azerbaijan".
In the training, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Academician Urkhan Alakbarov spoke that the public administration policy of the great leader Heydar Aliyev is the basis of the achievements of our country in all fields. Academician brought to the attention of the participants the work done by the Great Leader in the direction of formation of national personnel potential and training of future specialists, as well as his unparalleled services in the process of training professional military personnel in Azerbaijan. He emphasized that under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the progressive works successfully implemented in modern Azerbaijan in the direction of effective inclusive development policy, innovative state management strategy, and the formation of human potential are the logical result of the national leader's loyalty to the statehood heritage.
